  • Expanding Community Visibility & Public Engagement
    • Strengthening the Commission’s presence across Massachusetts through events, partnerships, and outreach that elevate AAPI communities and issues.
  • Enhancing Digital Access & Communications
    • Improving the Commission’s online presence, resources, and messaging to ensure information is clear, accessible, and reflective of community needs.
  • Building Media Capacity & Storytelling Impact
    • Developing strong media relationships, consistent messaging, and storytelling strategies that amplify AAPI voices and humanize data.

Focus Areas

  • Enhancing and maintaining a modern, accessible website with multilingual support
  • Curating comprehensive and up-to-date lists of AAPI organizations, partners, and media allies
  • Expanding presence at community events and elevating AAPI Heritage Month activities
  • Crafting clear and consistent public messaging, including talking points and an elevator pitch
  • Developing a public data dashboard that highlights community impact and stories
  • Providing ongoing media training and preparing Commissioners for effective public engagement
